Distilled from white bianchello grapes
Description: our acquavite starts when the grapes are pressed at their optimum maturity, and are left to ferment in controlled temperatures, before all the sugars become alcohol. When the fermentation is complete, the are moved to a still, providing a truly smooth and fragrant product.
Production: acquavite from pure fermented bianchello grape pressings, directly from our cellars, and from selected bunches, picked by hand and transported in cases.
When the pressings are obtained, they are immediately sent to the distillery tenute collesi di apecchio (PS) , who, with their intermittent double boiling method, obtain this precious, aromatic, wonderfully smooth distillate.
Alcohol percent: 40 percent vol.
Temperature: the optimum temperature has been determined to allow the complete appreciation of her sensory profile, and increase the enjoyment of the experience. The acquavite should be served fresh at 10-12 celsius degrees.
